Cartier Sales Experience Manager

- Lead the boutique team to deliver exceptional client experiences, achieving or surpassing sales and other boutique goals.
- Drive sales and service teams to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and Maison tools for qualitative business development analysis.
- Develop and implement proactive sales and client development strategies based on local market opportunities.
- Strategize outreach to the local prestige market to enhance prestige sales within the boutique.
- Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and individual development plans.
- Lead client development and experience action plans to foster long-term client relationships.
- Resolve complex client challenges and lead VIP client interactions.
- Promote operational excellence through continuous improvements and adherence to procedures.
- Act as a Maison ambassador, upholding the boutique's image and Cartier's values.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is advantageous.
- 7 to 10 years of management experience, particularly in luxury retail or hospitality.
- Experience managing direct reports and leading leaders is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Experience in complex business environments or projects, such as multi-level locations or boutique openings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask with precision.
- Analytical and organizational skills with a collaborative approach.
7 to 10 years of management experience, especially in luxury retail or hospitality, with a preference for those who have led teams of leaders.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
Base salary: $125,000 - $145,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
