Cartier Sales Associate

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
- Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations.
- Handle objections and negotiate with ease.
- Support after-sales clients in alignment with Maison values.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
- Capture and utilize client data for follow-up and relationship building.
- Resolve client issues and escalate to management as necessary.
- Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
- Participate in merchandising and inventory management.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- College degree preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments. General knowledge of timepiece movements is advantageous.
College degree preferred.
Expected salary range: $24 to $27 per hour, commission eligible. Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
