1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
3. Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations, handling objections with ease.
4. Support after-sales clients in alignment with Maison values, offering recommendations for an exceptional client experience.
5. Cultivate and maintain client relationships through exceptional service and Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
6. Accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building.
7. Resolve client issues and escalate to management when necessary.
8. Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
9. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures for the Group, Maison, and boutique.
10. Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of displays and back-stock.
11. Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits.
12. Assist with special projects, such as price changes and supporting back-office responsibilities.

1. College degree preferred.

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Proficiency in computer and internet use.
3. Experience with MS Office required; SAP knowledge preferred.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
6. Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments. General knowledge of timepiece movements is preferred.

College degree preferred.

Expected hourly range: $28 - $31/hr (Commission and Overtime eligible). Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
