1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touch points.
3. Adapt sales approach according to client needs and motivations.
4. Negotiate and handle client objections with ease.
5. Support after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values, providing recommendations for an exceptional client experience.
6. Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
7. Capture client data accurately for follow-up and relationship building.
8. Resolve client issues and escalate as needed to management.
9. Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
10. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
11. Assist with daily set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of the boutique.
12. Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts.
13. Assist with special projects, such as price changes and back-office responsibilities.

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment.
2. General knowledge of timepiece movements.

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
5. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment is required.

College degree preferred.

Expected salary range is $28.00 - $32.00 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience.
