1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
3. Adapt sales approach based on client needs and motivations, handling objections with ease.
4. Cultivate client relationships through Maison-specific CRM initiatives and accurate data capture.
5. Support daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of displays.
6. Participate in inventory management and assist with special projects as needed.

1. College degree preferred.
2. Availability to work weekends and one weekday consistently.

1. Proficiency in fast-paced retail environments.
2. Computer literacy, including MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
5. Fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
6. Knowledge of timepiece movements is preferred.

2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail is required.

College degree preferred.

Expected hourly range: $26/HR-$28/HR, with commission and overtime eligibility. Salaries are negotiable based on skills and experience.
