1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touch points.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships through Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
4. Assist in daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
5. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail.
2. Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday consistently.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks with precision in a fast-paced environment.
4. Knowledge of timepiece movements is preferred.
5. Additional language skills are a plus.

2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail is required.

College degree preferred.

Expected hourly range: $26/HR-$28/HR, eligible for commission and overtime.
