Cartier Sales Associate

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
- Adapt sales approach to meet individual client needs and motivations.
- Negotiate and handle client objections with ease.
- Support after-sales clients in alignment with Maison values, providing recommendations for an exceptional experience.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
- Accurately capture and utilize client data for follow-up and relationship building.
- Resolve client issues and escalate to management as necessary.
- Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking initiatives.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with boutique set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of displays.
- Participate in inventory management and audits.
- Assist with special projects such as price changes and back-office support.
- College degree preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Professional demeanor and brand ambassadorship.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments. General knowledge of timepiece movements is advantageous.
College degree preferred.
Expected salary range: $26 to $28 per hour, commission eligible. Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
