Cartier Arts and Culture Intern

- Support project planning and execution for upcoming initiatives
- Create and maintain project-related documents, including Project Management decks, fact sheets, guest bios, and RSVP lists
- Manage and organize the arts and culture database
- Participate in internal cross-team and external partner calls, taking notes and communicating next steps
- Provide on-site staffing support for projects and events, including guest check-in and management
- Coordinate and manage gifting initiatives from inception to delivery
- Coordinate catalogue/book and gift ordering, including inventory management
- Assist with invoice submission and tracking, ensuring timely payments
- Update and manage team calendars with events and deadlines
- Assist with travel and hospitality bookings for team members and external partners
- Perform ad hoc project assignments and tasks based on candidate profile and experience
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program
- Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa
- Must be age 18 or older
- Must be available for the entirety of the internship program (June 2nd - August 8th)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude
- Interest in the arts and social impact
Background or experience in communications, with a focus on creative content, writing, and editorial work.
Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program.
Paid internship at $20-25 per hour.
