Cartier Regional Client Insights Assistant Manager

- Manage and analyze client databases to extract valuable insights for e-commerce and retail channels.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of email campaigns across South America.
- Collaborate with departments such as commercial and marketing to build strategic client profile analyses.
- Set and monitor client KPIs across various channels including retail and e-commerce.
- Communicate technical data findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Review and summarize annual client documents for regional sharing.
- Identify high-potential clients in collaboration with the High End team.
- Train boutiques and retail partners on data topics and visualization tools.
- Generate monthly client metric reports focusing on segmentation, retention, and acquisition.
- Develop reports to measure KPIs and monitor ROI of events and client performance.
- Ensure database accuracy and manage deduplication of client accounts.
- Build and update dashboards for performance monitoring.
- Manage budget and support CRM programs for e-commerce clients.
- Oversee CRM email campaign management in collaboration with external agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in analytical roles, CRM, and email campaign management.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker.
- Experience with Power BI and Looker.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical skills with a business strategy focus.
- Client-centric mindset.
- Understanding of Salesforce tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to South America.
3-5 years in analytical, data management, CRM, and email campaign management roles.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
