- Manage and analyze data sets to extract insights for e-commerce, internal, and external retail partners.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of email campaigns for South America.
- Build and monitor client profile analysis for strategic documents and projects.
- Collaborate in setting client KPIs across all channels.
- Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Review yearly client documents to build executive summaries.
- Identify high potential clients with the High End team.
- Support boutiques and retail partners with data training.
- Champion visualization tools and handle technical requests.
- Generate monthly reports focusing on client metrics.
- Develop reports to measure KPIs and monitor ROI of events.
- Ensure database accuracy and deduplicate client accounts.
- Build and improve dashboards for performance monitoring.
- Manage budget and support CRM Program for e-commerce clients.
- Collaborate on CRM email campaign management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or similar.
- Experience with Power BI and Looker.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with high organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Understanding of Salesforce tools is a plus.
- Available to travel to South America.
3-5 years in analytical, data, CRM, and email campaign management.
