Regional Client Insights Assistant Manager

1. Manage and analyze data sets to extract insights for e-commerce, internal, and external retail partners.
2. Support the implementation and monitoring of email campaigns for South America.
3. Build and monitor client profile analysis for strategic documents and projects.
4. Collaborate in setting client KPIs across all channels.
5. Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Review yearly client documents to build executive summaries.
7. Identify high potential clients with the High End team.
8. Support boutiques and retail partners with data training.
9. Champion visualization tools and handle technical requests.
10. Generate monthly reports focusing on client metrics.
11. Develop reports to measure KPIs and monitor ROI of events.
12. Ensure database accuracy and deduplicate client accounts.
13. Build and improve dashboards for performance monitoring.
14. Manage budget and support CRM Program for e-commerce clients.
15. Collaborate on CRM email campaign management.

1. Bachelor’s degree in business or similar.

1. Experience with Power BI and Looker.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
3. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
4. Detail-oriented with high organizational skills.
5. Strong analytical skills with a client-centric mindset.
6. Understanding of Salesforce tools is a plus.
7. Available to travel to South America.

3-5 years in analytical, data, CRM, and email campaign management.
