- Ensure the effective execution and efficiency of risk analyses (ADR) by coordinating between design and industrialization teams.
- Facilitate multidisciplinary work sessions focusing on product integrity and functional system reliability.
- Identify, prioritize, and address risks in development and qualification plans.
- Lead or participate in problem resolutions, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are completed and effective.
- Integrate risk analysis methods (based on AMDEC) into certain developments and external workshops as a methodological reference.
- Act as the quality reference in project instances, addressing quality issues and mitigation plans.
- Participate in technical committees and modification management processes, ensuring knowledge capitalization post-problem resolution.
- Support internal and external workshops in mastering quality tools and methodologies (problem resolution, DMAIC projects, subcontracting control, etc.).
- Implement and monitor continuous improvement plans in coordination with technical teams.
- Provide relevant indicators to track workshop performance and liaise with Central Quality and other departments for feedback and action plan follow-up.
- Define and lead the annual audit plan for special and regulatory processes in cooperation with the Quality Direction.
- Mechanical engineering degree with significant experience (minimum 5 years) in quality development and product/process/component qualification.
- Proficiency in transverse communication and defending positions.
- Ability to lead change initiatives.
- Strong teamwork capabilities.
- Demonstrated writing and computer skills.
A minimum of 5 years of significant experience in quality development and product/process/component qualification.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
