Cartier Internal Communications & Events Coordinator

- Coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives and events to enhance internal culture and wellbeing.
- Organize and manage logistics for Cartier Communities Days, focusing on charitable giving and volunteering for over 1000 employees in the U.S. and Canada.
- Support the Director of Internal Communications in crafting company-wide communications and town halls.
- Contribute to the company intranet with articles and assist in drafting internal social media posts, talking points, and FAQs for key initiatives.
- Manage logistics and coordination for employee volunteer events and corporate giving opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis, research, and manage administrative tasks including send-outs and employee distribution list management.
- Simultaneously handle, plan, and execute multiple employee events while maintaining communication with key stakeholders.
- Ability to report to the office 4 days a week or as needed.
- Impeccable organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in internal communications, event coordination, or a related field is preferred.
Expected hourly rate: $30.00 to $35.00
