Cartier Industrial Methods Project Manager

- Lead industrialization and methods projects from concept to shop-floor deployment, ensuring solutions meet quality, cost and timing targets.
- Analyse production flows and perform time-and-motion studies to define standard operating procedures, takt times and line balancing.
- Develop and implement process improvements using Lean methodologies, Value Stream Mapping and waste reduction techniques.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, industrialisation, production, quality, purchasing, supply chain and external suppliers) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Define manufacturing layouts, tooling and work instructions; specify ergonomic and safety requirements for new processes.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, report project progress to stakeholders and drive corrective actions to secure targets.
- Train production teams and write technical documentation and standardisation packages for series production.
- Engineering degree or equivalent in industrial, mechanical or manufacturing engineering.
- Professional experience in manufacturing methods, industrialisation or process engineering within precision or luxury goods production.
- Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles; Six Sigma certification (Green Belt) preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specify manufacturing tooling and equipment.

Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in industrial methods, process improvement or industrialisation roles; experience in luxury goods, jewellery, watchmaking or high-precision manufacturing is highly desirable.
Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing or equivalent).
