Cartier HR Manager

- Provide comprehensive HR support, including performance and employee relations management, interviewing candidates, and managing key HR processes such as annual compensation and talent reviews.
- Oversee performance management processes and employee relations investigations in collaboration with the HR Director.
- Conduct new hire check-ins, employee roundtables, and exit interviews.
- Develop and implement people strategies focusing on talent acquisition, management, development, career and succession planning, and fostering an inclusive culture.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees on employment matters.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams to attract and hire candidates that align with business needs.
- Partner with HR coordinator to animate data analytics and provide regular updates on HR metrics.
- Implement new programs and initiatives to enhance employee development and engagement.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development, Compensation, Benefits, and Legal teams to ensure HR deliverables are met.
- Identify opportunities for HR process improvements and develop solutions.
- Conduct regular boutique visits to gather insights for training and development initiatives.
- Lead talent review processes, facilitating meetings and preparing presentations for the executive team.
- Provide training and updates on compliance regulations and policies.
- Analyze boutique data to identify trends and implement talent strategies.
- Support data collection for employee visa and immigration processes.
- Ensure data transactions comply with local legal requirements.
- Support strategic HR projects and provide administrative support for events.
- Develop and lead local engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or master's preferred.
- HR Certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with expertise in employee relations, talent management, recruiting, and performance management.
- Knowledge of US and California employment laws.
- Experience in coaching mid or senior-level leaders.
- Strong interpersonal and consulting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; experience with SAP preferred.
