Cartier HR Data Analytics Intern

- Assist in analyzing data and creating enhancements using data visualization tools to improve performance through KPIs and metrics.
- Support data quality checks across systems from acquisition to consumption.
- Compile and analyze data to gain insights into people metrics, trends, and workforce changes.
- Leverage analytics skills to support the team in translating business questions into actionable dashboards for the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, statistics, accounting, finance, or related fields.
- Desire to gain relevant experience in HR data analytics preferred.
- Desire for in-house experience preferred.
- Experience and/or desire to learn SAP, Excel, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat PDF.
- Strong communication skills in verbal and written format.
- Tech-savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player who is excited to empower and assist others to achieve success.
- Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives.
Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, statistics, accounting, finance, or related fields.
Salary: $20-25/hourly
Paid internship with a chance to gather valuable knowledge of the luxury goods industry. Partnered with a mentor for guidance and support.
The internship is located in New York and offers a competitive working environment filled with passionate individuals. Students are responsible for their own housing and travel arrangements.
