Cartier HR Data Analytics Intern

- Assist in analyzing data and creating enhancements using data visualization tools to improve performance through KPIs and metrics.
- Support data quality checks across systems, from acquisition to consumption.
- Compile and analyze data to gain insights into people metrics, trends, and workforce changes.
- Leverage analytics skills to support the team in translating business questions into actionable dashboards for the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, statistics, accounting, finance, or related fields.
- Desire to gain experience in HR data analytics.
- Experience or willingness to learn SAP, Excel, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat PDF.
- Strong communication skills in verbal and written formats.
- Knowledge of construction project life-cycles and cost management.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Innovative thinking with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to assisting others.
No prior experience required, but a desire to gain relevant experience in HR data analytics is preferred.
Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program.
$20-25 per hour
Participants will gain valuable insights into the luxury goods industry and be paired with a mentor to guide their learning experience. This is a paid internship.
