Cartier High Jewelry Sales Assistant

1. Prepare and assist in private viewing appointments with the High Jewelry Sales Team, ensuring all products and resources are ready for client viewings.
2. Support hospitality elements during appointments, including beverage service and lite bites.
3. Interact with clients, providing exceptional service with the utmost courtesy and professionalism.
4. Assist the High Jewelry Sales Team by managing product logistics during appointments.
5. Maintain and manage the client wishlist in the product management catalogue, capturing relevant client interests and providing recaps to the sales team.
6. Anticipate and respond swiftly to the needs of the Sales Team and clients.
7. Uphold the Cartier image by maintaining professionalism and acting as an ambassador of the Maison.
8. Travel to local boutiques, events, or offsite locations with the High Jewelry Sales Team to support bespoke appointments as needed.
9. Follow-up and report on pending High Jewelry deals using the opportunity management tool.
10. Assist with client development actions, such as creating wishlists, fulfilling gifting ideas, and booking reservations.
11. Support the High Jewelry Sales Team with administrative tasks, including expense reports and email proof-reading.
12. Handle client insurance valuation requests accurately and promptly.
13. Partner with various departments to ensure an exceptional guest journey.
14. Monitor and follow-up on client care-service matters.
15. Set-up and break down High Jewelry product displays for opening and closing.
16. Conduct inventory counts as required and ensure correct product tagging and condition.
17. Update and maintain an active High Jewelry library, including product news and collection books.
18. Submit transfer requests for High-End products and ensure timely arrivals.
19. Understand and comply with all Cartier security and operational procedures.
20. Organize logistics for shipping and hand deliveries.
21. Support the larger boutique with general operational and hospitality tasks when not engaged in High Jewelry activities.
22. Remain updated on the full range of High-End products, including those in the boutique and region.
23. Develop a deep knowledge of Cartier, its creations, and the luxury marketplace.

1. Educational background or equivalent experience in high-end retail or hospitality.
2. Supplemental education or credentials from GIA, Gem-A, FHH, or similar institutions are advantageous.

9. Additional language skills (Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, and Arabic) are a plus.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is required.

Educational background or commensurate experience in high-end retail or hospitality.

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
