- Achieve and surpass sales objectives consistently in assigned retail locations, embodying Cartier Parfums' core values and mission.
- Create memorable luxury shopping experiences for clients both in-store and through client outreach.
- Foster a culture of relationship-building and personalized client experiences.
- Maximize sales during retailer's corporate events and promotions.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory concerns to the Account Executive.
- Adhere to merchandising guidelines, ensuring counters and event setups are pristine and organized.
- Manage and maintain testers, gifts with purchase, samples, and visual elements according to Cartier's strategy.
- Develop strong client relationships, addressing customer needs and recruiting new clients.
- Coordinate and execute events and animations in line with Cartier Parfums guidelines.
- Assist the Account Executive with executing major events such as Master Classes and Trunk Shows.
- Utilize retailer's clienteling tools, digital tools, and social media to deliver omni-channel customer service.
- Build relationships with store management to secure premium visibility and coordinate events.
- Keep retailer teams informed on brand goals, launches, promotions, and events.
- Attend Cartier-organized trainings and self-educate via the Cartier training app.
- Provide ongoing training to in-store staff on Cartier Parfums and brand values.
- Comply with all retailer store policies and procedures.
- Communicate professionally, supporting an elevated, gossip-free environment.
- Adhere to Cartier grooming and uniform guidelines.
- Communicate with the Account Executive during business hours and report any schedule changes.
- Clock in/out and complete sales reporting on the B2B Time Reporting APP.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong understanding of luxury brand values and customer service excellence.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and social media for client engagement.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Previous experience in luxury retail sales, particularly in fragrance or beauty, is required.
Salary range: $25/HR - $28/HR. This position is payrolled through a third-party agency. Compensation is based on relevant skills and experience.
