Cartier Events Assistant

- Support all pre-event and on-site logistics for assigned events, including invitation production, catering, décor, photography, seating arrangements, audio-visual setups, venue research, and entertainment coordination.
- Assist in planning Regional Boutique Events, Brand Image and Strategic Events, High Jewelry Events, and Retail Partnership Events, including travel for on-site support as needed.
- Facilitate internal approvals, budget planning, and production of select network events from conception to execution.
- Compile and distribute event recaps, including metrics and analytics reports, and monthly event summaries.
- Maintain and monitor event budgets, process invoices, set up new vendors, manage monthly reclasses, purchase orders, and accruals.
- Manage guest list databases and RSVPs, and create bios for select attendees.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of experience in Project Management, Events, or Public Relations, including internships
- Experience in luxury retail events is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
1-2 years of experience in Project Management, Events, or Public Relations, including internships. Experience in luxury retail events is advantageous.
Bachelor’s Degree
Expected hourly rate: $28.00 to $30.00. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
