- Coordinate with RNA Partnerships team for network strategy and priorities.
- Align with RNA Media teams on campaign planning and website visibility.
- Collaborate with HQ Partnership teams for implementation reviews.
- Maintain an updated product catalogue with current images and descriptions.
- Develop holiday catalogues to drive commercial success.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve site visibility.
- Optimize client journeys through Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Enhance post-purchase experiences to improve customer satisfaction.
- Generate weekly analytics reports to track KPIs.
- Develop dashboards for strategic decision-making.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, preferably within the luxury or retail industry.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and/or ContentSquare.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Enthusiastic about learning and staying up to date with industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Experience in e-commerce, preferably within the luxury or retail industry.
Expected hourly rate: $28.00 to $30.00. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
