1. Coordinate and administer vendor contracts.
2. Manage cost control aspects including vendor onboarding, capex and opex budget forecasting and tracking, invoice processing through SAP, payment follow-up, change order compliance, cash-out forecasting, close-out, and TA collection.
3. Interface with contractors and vendors for information or clarification related to invoices and change orders.
4. Identify cost variances to approved budget by closely working with project managers to monitor and alert the risk.

1. Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in accounting, construction management, quantity surveying, real estate, sustainability, or related fields.
2. Desire to gain financial experience in capital construction for luxury retail projects.
3. Preference for in-house experience.

1. Proficiency or willingness to learn SAP, Excel, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat PDF, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Interest in construction project life cycles and cost management.

No prior experience required, but a strong desire to gain relevant financial experience in luxury retail projects is preferred.

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in a relevant field.

$20-25 per hour
