Cartier Cost Control Intern

1. Coordinate and administer vendor contracts.
2. Manage cost control aspects including vendor onboarding, capex and opex budget forecasting and tracking, invoice processing through SAP, payment follow-up, change order compliance, cash-out forecasting, close out and TA collection.
3. Interface with contractors and vendors for invoice and change order clarifications.
4. Identify cost variances to approved budgets by working closely with project managers.

1. Enrolled in a bachelor's degree in accounting, construction management, quantity surveying, real estate, sustainability, or related fields.
2. Desire to gain financial experience in capital construction for high-end luxury retail projects preferred.
3. Desire for in-house experience preferred.

1. Experience or desire to learn SAP, Excel, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat PDF, PowerPoint, Power BI.
2. Strong communication skills in verbal and written format.
3. Desire for exposure to construction project life cycles and cost management.

No specific experience required, but a desire to gain relevant financial experience in capital construction for high-end luxury retail projects is preferred.

Enrolled in a bachelor's degree in accounting, construction management, quantity surveying, real estate, sustainability, or related fields.

Salary: $20-25/hourly
