Cartier Corporate Relations Intern

- Support project planning and execution for upcoming initiatives
- Create and maintain project-related documents, such as Project Management decks, fact sheets, guest bios, and RSVP lists
- Manage, organize, and maintain the arts & culture database
- Participate in internal cross-team calls and external partner calls, taking notes and communicating next steps
- Provide on-site staffing support for projects and events, including guest check-in and management
- Coordinate and manage gifting initiatives from inception to delivery
- Coordinate catalogue/book and gift ordering for the team, including inventory management
- Assist with invoice submission and tracking, ensuring timely payments to external vendors
- Update and manage team calendars with upcoming events and key project dates
- Assist with travel and hospitality bookings for team members and external partners
- Perform ad hoc project assignments and tasks based on candidate profile and experience
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be age 18 or older
- Available to participate for the entirety of the internship program (June 2nd - August 8th)

Background/experience in a learning and development role, focused on entrepreneurship and/or women/gender studies.
Salary: $20-25/hourly
This is a paid internship. Students are responsible for all arrangements of housing and travel. A Mentor will be provided during the program to ensure immersion and direction support the learning experience.
The internship is located in NYC, offering a competitive working environment filled with passionate individuals. Interns will gain valuable knowledge of the luxury goods industry.
