Cartier Corporate Relations Intern

- Support project planning and execution for upcoming initiatives.
- Create and maintain project-related documents, including Project Management decks, fact sheets, guest bios, RSVP lists, and FAQs.
- Manage and organize the arts & culture database.
- Participate in internal cross-team and external partner calls, taking notes and communicating next steps with stakeholders.
- Provide on-site staffing support for projects and events, including guest check-in and management.
- Coordinate and manage gifting initiatives from inception to delivery.
- Coordinate catalogue/book and gift ordering, including inventory management.
- Assist with invoice submission and tracking, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
- Update and manage team calendars with events, project dates, and deadlines.
- Assist with travel and hospitality bookings for team members and external partners.
- Perform ad hoc project assignments and tasks based on experience.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program.
- Authorized to work in the United States; international students must have a current work visa.
- Must be age 18 or older.
- Available for the entirety of the internship program (June 2nd - August 8th).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and a self-starter.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
- Interest in the arts and social impact.
Background or experience in a learning and development role, focused on entrepreneurship and/or women/gender studies is preferred.
Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program.
$20-25 per hour
Interns will be partnered with a mentor to ensure a comprehensive learning experience and will gain valuable insights into the luxury goods industry.
