1. Support the Total Rewards team in administering the commercial incentive compensation plan.
2. Extract data from HRIS and compensation systems to determine employee eligibility for commission processing.
3. Upload manual adjustments to compensation systems.
4. Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, processes, and controls for all manual processes.
5. Review payment reports for accuracy and completeness, escalating any issues prior to disbursement.
6. Monitor and organize the monthly commission mailbox for boutique management teams.
7. Examine needs and make recommendations for process improvement.
8. Collaborate with IT, IT consulting vendors, HRBP, Finance, Commercial, and Boutique Management for monthly commission processing.
9. Work closely with the Senior Compensation & Commission Analyst and Director of Total Rewards on compensation and commission processes.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role.
3. Attention to detail and ability to identify errors in large datasets and audit checklists.
4. Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP and Varicent is a plus.
5. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Expected salary range: $32-34/hr, negotiable based on skills and experience.
