Cartier Compensation and Sales Commission Coordinator

- Support the Total Rewards team in administering the commercial incentive compensation plan.
- Extract data from HRIS and compensation systems to determine employee eligibility for commission processing.
- Upload manual adjustments to compensation systems.
- Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, processes, and controls for all manual processes.
- Review payment reports for accuracy and completeness, escalating any issues prior to disbursement.
- Monitor and organize the monthly commission mailbox for boutique management teams.
- Examine needs and make recommendations for process improvement.
- Collaborate with IT, IT consulting vendors, HRBP, Finance, Commercial, and Boutique Management for monthly commission processing.
- Work closely with the Senior Compensation & Commission Analyst and Director of Total Rewards on compensation and commission processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify errors in large datasets and audit checklists.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP and Varicent is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

1-2 years of experience in an analytical capacity within a relevant field.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Expected salary range: $32-34/hr, negotiable based on skills and experience.
