Cartier Client Services Assistant Manager

- Develop and implement client service strategies tailored to local market specificities in alignment with global policies.
- Coordinate the International Service Policy, including price policy and marketing elements, ensuring adherence to Cartier's service standards.
- Enhance repair service flow and processes, proposing and participating in service-related project developments.
- Support client services within the LAC network, organizing events to boost traffic and improve database segmentation.
- Monitor and analyze client service performance, ensuring optimal service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage the experience Barometer process for retail and e-commerce, liaising with Cartier International and local boutiques.
- Oversee complaint management processes, ensuring consistent service and client engagement.
- Foster strong relationships with the Richemont repair center and Cartier HQ for service quality and procedural enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, particularly in Business or Marketing; MBA is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage short and long-term projects effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and process management abilities.
- Interpersonal and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
A minimum of 5 years in customer service, ideally within the retail sector. Experience in luxury, jewelry, or watchmaking is advantageous, as is prior people management or project experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in Business or Marketing; MBA is a plus.
