Cartier Client Relations Centre Ambassador

- Manage both inbound and outbound customer interactions across various communication channels.
- Facilitate online and phone sales to achieve established targets and objectives.
- Deliver an exceptional remote customer experience, regardless of the communication medium or inquiry topic.
- Adopt a client-centric approach to foster strong connections with clients.
- Adhere to Cartier's policies and procedures as outlined during training.
- Proactively offer solutions and maintain constant communication with clients, particularly in cases of complaints or operational challenges.
- Engage with subject matter experts when necessary to provide clients with accurate and reliable information.
- Escalate urgent system issues to the team leader promptly and report any findings on potential system improvements.
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, or contact center/eCommerce, preferably within the luxury industry.
- Customer service and sales orientation.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
- Technical proficiency, with experience in SAP CRM and Salesforce being a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.

Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or contact center/eCommerce, ideally within the luxury sector.
