Cartier Client Experience Coordinator

- Support the execution of the client experience strategy and identify opportunities for improvement within the boutique.
- Deliver an exceptional welcome and ensure outstanding hospitality throughout the client visit.
- Manage front podium duties, ensuring timely assistance for appointments and walk-in clients.
- Utilize Maison storytelling to enhance the client experience.
- Assist sales associates with appointment preparation and client entertainment.
- Facilitate seamless client experiences, including product presentation, sales finalization, and service requests.
- Support client development activities, including data entry and report management.
- Provide personalized recommendations and services, such as reservations and floral orders.
- Assist with phone duties, including call management and appointment setting.
- Optimize boutique environment by managing traffic flow and maintaining visual standards.
- Assist with inventory control processes and boutique supply inventory management.
- Develop brand knowledge to convey Cartier heritage and values.
- Comply with security and operational procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and productive boutique environment.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Collaborative approach with a positive attitude.
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning.
Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality industry is advantageous.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Expected salary range: $24 to $27 per hour, overtime eligible. Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
