Cartier Client Engagement Director

- Lead and execute the boutique’s client engagement strategy, focusing on VIP and UHNW clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with top clients, ensuring an exceptional and personalized luxury experience.
- Analyze client data to develop segmentation strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales associates to mentor and support best-in-class clienteling practices.
- Develop quarterly and monthly strategies in partnership with senior leadership to align with business action plans.
- Identify and develop UHNW clients in collaboration with the High Jewelry team.
- Conduct team meetings to ensure alignment on tasks, targets, and client service best practices.
- Manage and develop the Client Experience Coordinators, identifying training needs and coaching opportunities.
- Conceptualize and execute exclusive client experiences and events that reflect Cartier’s heritage.
- Monitor client KPIs and prepare performance reports, leveraging CRM tools for data-driven enhancements.
- Support management with operational tasks, including reporting, data analysis, and boutique projects.
- Uphold Cartier standards, projecting a professional image and creating a positive boutique environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.
- 7-10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
- Proven experience in managing direct reports.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and embrace change.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on client relationship building.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
7-10 years of previous management experience in luxury retail or hospitality, with a focus on client engagement and team development.
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.
