- Build and nurture client relationships, representing Cartier in the French market.
- Provide outstanding customer service through phone and web-based channels.
- Identify sales opportunities and maintain high levels of customer engagement.
- Deliver expert knowledge on Cartier creations and uphold brand quality.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, assisting them in selecting Cartier products for significant occasions.
- Operate within brand guidelines and utilize various tools to ensure service excellence.

- Proven track record of creating and maintaining positive relationships in a complex environment.
- Fluency in French and English.

Experience in a client-facing role within the luxury sector is preferred.
