Cartier Brand Performance Coordinator

- Support the management of annual and quarterly budget reviews for the Communications department, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Serve as the principal user and key stakeholder for the budget management tool (ATHENA), identifying and resolving anomalies, and improving ease of use.
- Provide training and support to Communications teams on the ATHENA tool, creating user-friendly guides and resources.
- Implement improvements to budget management processes, enhancing transparency through new trackers and streamlined billing processes.
- Ensure adherence to established financial best practices, flagging potential deviations.
- Assist in the rollout and alignment of the Brand KPI Framework with strategic initiatives and commercial ambitions.
- Prepare regular updates on performance and competitor initiatives for stakeholders.
- Facilitate the development of objectives and measurement plans for Communications teams, ensuring alignment with the KPI Framework.
- Collaborate with HQ to enhance the ATHENA and Looker platforms for KPI tracking and reporting.
- Support the creation of presentations and reports for strategic planning, ensuring clear communication of key findings and recommendations.
- Work closely with cross-functional colleagues to gather input and ensure alignment of strategic initiatives.
- Support team meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions to facilitate collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred background in consulting, marketing, consumer behavior, or analytics.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, campaign management, or marketing strategy.
- Analytic experience with marketing reporting tools such as Looker or Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in a cross-functional team environment.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and resourcefulness.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player with initiative and meticulous attention to detail.
1-2 years of prior experience in project coordination, campaign management, or marketing strategy is required.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Expected salary: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour.
