Cartier Boutique Director

- Lead and elevate the boutique team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales goals.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to drive boutique performance and maintain competitive advantage.
- Foster a high-performing team through strategic talent evaluations and career development plans.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships and promote a culture of client centricity.
- Collaborate with corporate departments to communicate key messages and business opportunities.
- Ensure operational excellence through continuous improvements and adherence to procedures.
- Act as an ambassador for the Maison, upholding its image and values.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex business environments and projects.
A minimum of 7 to 10 years in management, particularly within luxury retail or hospitality, with experience in leading teams and managing direct reports.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
Base salary ranges from $160,000 to $170,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
