1. Lead and elevate the boutique team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales goals.
2. Develop and implement growth strategies to drive boutique performance and maintain competitive advantage.
3. Foster a high-performing team through strategic talent evaluations and career development plans.
4. Cultivate long-term client relationships and promote a culture of client centricity.
5. Collaborate with corporate departments to communicate key messages and business opportunities.
6. Ensure operational excellence through continuous improvements and adherence to procedures.
7. Act as an ambassador for the Maison, upholding its image and values.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
2. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

1. Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
2. Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking.
3. Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is preferred.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to manage complex business environments and projects.

A minimum of 7 to 10 years in management, particularly within luxury retail or hospitality, with experience in leading teams and managing direct reports.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.

Base salary ranges from $160,000 to $170,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
