Cartier Boutique Director

- Lead and elevate the boutique team to provide exceptional client experiences, achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Initiate and implement growth strategy plans, driving sustainable and agile business strategies.
- Communicate local market insights and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Identify business challenges and develop realistic solutions with measurable success goals.
- Drive sales and service teams to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Build high-performing teams through strategic talent evaluations and planning.
- Develop individual career succession plans and foster a culture of performance management.
- Proactively initiate and lead the boutique client development vision, cultivating exceptional client relationships.
- Strategize with corporate departments to effectively communicate key messages and business opportunities.
- Ensure continuous operational improvements and adapt the boutique business model to client journeys.
- Act as a Maison ambassador, upholding the boutique image and promoting Cartier's heritage and products.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Additional language skills are advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Experience in leading complex business environments or projects.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of client service needs and priorities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and precision.
7 to 10 years of management experience, particularly in luxury retail or hospitality, with a proven track record of leading leaders and managing direct reports.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
