Boutique Director

1. Lead and elevate the team to provide exceptional client experiences and achieve boutique sales goals.
2. Initiate and implement growth strategy plans.
3. Drive sales and service teams to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
4. Build high-performing teams through talent evaluations and planning.
5. Develop and sustain exceptional client relationships.
6. Strategize with corporate departments to communicate key messages and business opportunities.
7. Ensure continuous operational improvements and adapt the boutique business model.
8. Act as a Maison ambassador and uphold the boutique image.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
2. Additional language skills are a plus.

1. MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.
2. Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
3. Strong understanding of client service needs and priorities.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
5. Collaborative approach with ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

7 to 10 years of management experience, especially in luxury retail or hospitality, with experience in leading leaders and managing direct reports.
