Cartier Area Manager

- Oversee the Cruise Ships network and Watch Specialists POS in Latin America and the Caribbean, including potential external boutiques.
- Develop strategic action plans with partners to enhance business growth and establish long-term client relationships.
- Set and monitor KPIs for assigned territories, ensuring achievement of sell-in and sell-out targets.
- Conduct market analysis to understand consumer demographics, economic factors, and competitive landscape.
- Lead store openings, renovations, and relocations in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Drive 'Retailization' of the external partner network, supporting boutique and watch specialist partners.
- Implement client-centric strategies to enhance the client experience and data collection.
- Participate in recruitment and development of boutique teams, fostering talent growth.
- Ensure brand image and merchandising standards are upheld across all stores.
- Coordinate with Legal and Finance departments to manage agreements and financial obligations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or International Trade.
- MBA is advantageous.
- 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in luxury products.
- 3 years of experience in the Cruise Industry.
- Experience in the Latin America and Caribbean market is desired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with strong analytical capabilities.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; French and Portuguese are advantageous.
- Strong sales and marketing strategy knowledge, particularly in luxury products.
- Proven sales track record.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complexities and multi-task effectively.
- Cultural adaptability and understanding of international legal variances.
A minimum of 5 years in international sales with a focus on luxury products, including 3 years in the Cruise Industry. Experience in the Latin America and Caribbean market is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or International Trade. MBA is a plus.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
