Burberry Store Operations Assistant

1. Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving stock orders and ensuring accuracy.
2. Support the sales team by promptly retrieving stock, including Omnichannel and stock pullback requests.
3. Maintain a tidy and organized back-of-house environment compliant with Retail Operations standards.
4. Perform quality control on all products and report any discrepancies or issues.
5. Support aftersales processes such as alterations, repairs, and personalization to enhance the client experience.
6. Ensure stockroom equipment is operational and report any concerns promptly.
7. Assist with administrative tasks including telephone calls, customer service inquiries, stationery, and general office duties.
8. Provide support for store events, visual merchandising, stock taking, and other duties as required.

1. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office); experience with SAP is a plus.
4. Ability to work effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
5. Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.

Experience in retail operations or a similar field is preferred.
