Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operational execution of Customer Marketing and CRM initiatives across email, messaging, and lifecycle journeys.
- Ensure clarity on briefs, requirements, timings, and responsibilities for all team members.
- Plan, allocate, and manage resources, balancing multiple streams of work.
- Monitor work in progress, flag risks early, and drive resolution through clear communication and alignment.
- Lead the migration to external production support, creating clear plans and workflows.
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for email production agencies, monitoring quality, deadlines, and efficiency.
- Partner with Martech, Digital, and Tech PMs to align sequences, dependencies, and platform readiness.
- Act as the operational bridge between Customer Marketing, Creative teams, Merchandising, Regions, and CRM Orchestration.
- Champion operational excellence, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management for CRM Email or digital marketing in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong understanding of content pipelines, platform production, and cross-channel delivery.
- Proven experience managing multiple tight deadlines, priorities, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Confident communicator, comfortable synthesising complexity into clarity.
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving instincts and a bias for action.
