Burberry Store Operations Assistant

1. Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders, ensuring accuracy, and reporting discrepancies.
2. Support the sales team by retrieving stock promptly, including for omnichannel and stock pullback.
3. Maintain a tidy and compliant back of house in line with Retail Operations and Standards.
4. Conduct quality control on all products and report issues to store lead.
5. Support aftersales processes such as alterations, repairs, and personalization to enhance client experience.
6. Ensure all stockroom equipment is operational and report issues through Ask services.
7. Perform ad hoc administrative tasks, including answering calls, liaising with customer service, and handling orders.
8. Assist store management with events, visual merchandising, stock taking, and other duties as needed.

1. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft software.
4. Experience with SAP is desirable.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team.
6. Capacity to thrive in a busy team environment.
