Burberry Senior Colleague Communications Manager

1. Serve as the Business Partner to HR and Responsibility to manage the creation of content and storytelling related to Burberry’s People Priorities and Responsibility agenda.
2. Co-create and develop the Internal Communications Strategy for Corporate Responsibility to engage and inspire colleagues globally.
3. Work with the Corporate Responsibility team to develop and activate carbon transition plan communications and training.
4. Partner with stakeholders to embed Responsibility and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion key messages into Burberry’s Corporate channels.
5. Implement closed loop activity by providing measurement and insight into the effectiveness of internal communications and colleague engagement.
6. Create and manage internal PowerPoint presentations, speaking notes for colleague engagement events, internal briefing notes, newsletters, and deliver engaging content.
7. Collaborate with Retail Excellence to embed messaging across HR and Responsibility activities and co-create bespoke content for Rspace.

1. Proven ability to work well under pressure and create strong relationships across teams.
2. Experience in report writing and PowerPoint presentations.
3. Ability to create compelling creative content such as videos, panel discussions, podcasts, broadcasts, and web pages.
4. Experience working with digital channels including SharePoint.
5. Strong Internal Communications and Employee Engagement experience.
6. Experience supporting strategy development and managing communications/design/digital agencies.
7. Passion for the brand and understanding of the luxury/fashion industry.
