1. Supervise daily sales floor activities to ensure high customer service standards and drive sales goals.
2. Lead and train sales staff to deliver optimal customer service.
3. Support the store manager with a strong sense of responsibility.
4. Maintain personal appearance in line with brand standards and dress code.
5. Understand customer needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
6. Collect and maintain customer data for a client database.
7. Handle phone reservations, inquiries, and in-store promotions effectively.
8. Manage customer complaints following established procedures.
9. Ensure accurate stock levels and participate in inventory counts.
10. Ensure all merchandise is correctly labeled and described.
11. Assist with merchandise delivery as needed.
12. Execute all sales processes, including refunds, exchanges, and VAT procedures.
13. Utilize store management systems for documentation and inventory management.
14. Adhere to health and safety procedures and participate in related training.
15. Engage in staff training and store meetings.
16. Maintain store cleanliness and complete tasks assigned by management.

1. High school diploma or above.
2. Strong product knowledge and excellent sales skills.
3. Effective communication skills.
4. Proactive and team-oriented.
5. Ability to handle pressure.
6. Three or more years of retail experience, preferably in branded apparel or accessories.
