1. Supervise daily floor operations to ensure high standards of customer service.
2. Lead and train sales staff to deliver exceptional service.
3. Support store manager with strong accountability.
4. Maintain personal appearance in line with brand standards.
5. Understand customer needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
6. Collect and maintain customer data.
7. Handle phone reservations, inquiries, and in-store promotions.
8. Manage customer complaints following established procedures.
9. Strive to meet store and category sales targets.
10. Replenish stock to ensure smooth store operations.
11. Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
12. Ensure all products are correctly labeled and described.
13. Assist with store deliveries as needed.
14. Execute all sales processes, including refunds, exchanges, and VAT procedures.
15. Utilize store management systems effectively.
16. Comply with internal purchase procedures and health and safety protocols.
17. Participate in staff training and meetings.
18. Maintain store cleanliness.
19. Complete tasks assigned by store manager or management.

1. High school diploma or higher.
2. Extensive product knowledge and excellent sales skills.
3. Strong communication abilities.
4. Proactive and team-oriented.
5. Ability to work under pressure.
6. 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in branded apparel or accessories.
