1. Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
2. Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the Burberry brand, creating desire and love for the brand with every interaction.
3. Provide luxury service and demonstrate expertise in product, fashion, and styling.
4. Follow the client journey to elevate the client experience in-store, ensuring a great initial impression, discovering client needs, and closing sales.
5. Efficiently follow up and deliver after-sales services to clients.
6. Contribute to daily store operations, maintaining high luxury standards in both front and back of house.
7. Build meaningful relationships with clients, working by appointment to provide personalized service and promote loyalty.
8. Capture new luxury clients to grow the individual and store client book with a commercial objective mindset.
9. Drive client retention by regularly contacting clients and ensuring appropriate follow-up on sales or client requests.

1. Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
2. Previous experience in clienteling.
3. Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
4. Strong product knowledge and good understanding of store retail operations.
5. Understanding of competitor products.
6. Experience in working as part of a team.
7. Fluent in local language; English proficiency is desirable.
8. Other language knowledge is desirable.
