Bvlgari Visual Merchandising Intern

- Collaborate with in-store Visual Merchandisers to assist with window display setups and local events, particularly during early morning installations or for smaller product launches.
- Ensure a consistent and impactful visual representation for new product launches by maintaining a continuous exchange and feedback process with boutiques.
- Actively request and review photographic submissions from stores, providing constructive feedback and corrections to uphold Bulgari visual guidelines.
- Guarantee that all retail locations flawlessly execute product launch displays in alignment with global Brand directives.
- Conduct follow-ups on shipments to ensure timely delivery and installation of visual assets.
- Process invoices related to visual merchandising activities for the boutiques.
- Facilitate the invoicing process for visual merchandising services for franchise partners, tracking payments and liaising with suppliers to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain and update detailed financial and operational data for visual merchandising services.
- Degree in Design, Architecture, Art, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within luxury retail is advantageous.
- Deep understanding of luxury visual merchandising principles.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with data management.
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms, in English and Italian.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Team spirit.
Beginner level experience is required, with previous exposure to luxury retail being a plus.
Degree in Design, Architecture, Art, Communication, or similar.
