- Participate in the planning and organization of boutique activations and events within the designated region, both locally and internationally.
- Provide logistical support for event organization.
- Coordinate and brief service providers during events.
- Define and construct marketing activation plans to recruit and retain clients, and oversee their implementation.
- Monitor event budgets.
- Manage and track inventory stock.
- Conduct competitive analysis.
- Support the wholesale department alongside the commercial director.
- Assist with various tasks depending on ongoing projects.
- Student in a gap year or final year of Master's studies.
- Successful prior internship experience in event management or project coordination.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, with the ability to draft reports and communicate with the headquarters in Rome.
- Understanding of the marketing mix within a luxury brand context, including sales, distribution, communication, and merchandising.
- Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and internal/external communications.
- Organized and structured with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Proactive, flexible, and adaptable.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Entry-level, suitable for students with initial internship experience in event management or project coordination.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree, preferably in a related field.
