- Lead the boutique to achieve sales objectives and key performance indicators, spending significant time on the shop floor with the sales team and clients.
- Develop and implement action plans based on mystery shopping and Voice of the Client results.
- Proactively recruit new customers and create events to generate business opportunities.
- Foster and maintain client relationships, both in-store and externally, in line with marketing guidelines.
- Address and resolve client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Coach the sales team to deliver exceptional shopping experiences through customer focus, storytelling, and selling skills.
- Observe and provide feedback to the team, both on the spot and in structured meetings.
- Collaborate with Sales Trainers to define and implement training plans.
- Ensure the store's maintenance, safety, and compliance with visual merchandising and grooming standards.
- Manage store stock efficiently and propose corrective actions as needed.
- Guarantee adherence to company norms and procedures.
- Promote a seamless client experience through digital tools and processes.
- Drive store engagement in omnichannel initiatives and foster a mindset of change.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the market, including brand locations, events, and marketing activities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
- Knowledge of store procedures and processes
