Bvlgari Packaging Development Associate Manager

- Collaborate with marketing design teams to develop innovative perfume packaging.
- Conduct feasibility studies for design, scheduling, risk, cost, and margin analysis.
- Act as a primary liaison with suppliers to identify optimal partners for project needs.
- Ensure technical development and industrialization of components in coordination with Quality, Operations, and suppliers.
- Guarantee compliance with quality, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to the achievement of Bulgari and LVMH Group objectives through budget monitoring and process improvement.
- Utilize interpersonal skills to drive innovation, proactivity, and creativity in value analysis and cost optimization.
- Engage in competitive analysis and benchmarking.
- Degree in Packaging or Materials Science.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging production or development within the Perfumes or Cosmetics industry.
- Proficiency in Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is advantageous.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and make timely decisions under pressure.
- Entrepreneurial and curious mindset.
Minimum of 5 years in a packaging production or development environment within the Perfumes or Cosmetics industry.
Degree in Packaging or Materials Science.
