Bvlgari Senior Manager, Asset Protection

1. Develop, implement and oversee the Asset Protection strategy and program for North America to protect stores, employees and company assets.
2. Lead and manage investigations into internal and external losses; coordinate recoveries and liaise with local law enforcement when required.
3. Establish and enforce security standards, procedures and internal controls across boutiques, warehouse and corporate offices; perform operational security audits to validate compliance.
4. Manage the retail security budget for the region and oversee procurement, bidding and contracts for security services and equipment.
5. Coordinate with IT Security and facilities on system access control and C.C.T.V. operations; verify compliance with international technical standards and drive necessary upgrades.
6. Design, deliver and champion training and safety awareness programs in partnership with Retail Operations, HR and Internal Control.
7. Provide weekly quantitative and qualitative reporting on losses, recoveries and policy violations; implement an efficient escalation process.
8. Support store openings, high‑jewellery events and other functions to ensure secure operations and staff safety.
9. Line‑manage an Asset Protection Analyst and provide leadership to cross‑functional stakeholders on risk mitigation.

1. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in asset protection/loss prevention; 12+ years in luxury retail asset protection preferred.
2. Proven track record leading complex investigations and implementing shrink reduction strategies in a multi‑site retail environment.
3. Experience managing security budgets, vendor contracts and procurement processes.
4. Strong knowledge of retail security systems and technical controls, including C.C.T.V., alarm systems and access control platforms.
5. Advanced certifications in security/asset protection preferred (WZ Certified; CFI preferred).
6. Fluent English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
7. Ability to travel regionally as required.

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business, or related field preferred; advanced security or asset protection certifications advantageous.
