Bvlgari Senior Learning & Development Manager

- Identify and define training needs based on business challenges, performance appraisals, and discussions with managers, and develop a training plan and budget by country and brand in collaboration with local HR teams.
- Implement corporate training programs and projects, including e-learning, managerial competency development, and functional expertise development, in partnership with local HR management.
- Design or collaborate with external training consultants to create customized training solutions tailored to organizational and business needs.
- Leverage LVMH training resources by enrolling key managers and talents in programs aligned with individual development needs.
- Serve as the regional point of contact for updating new staff orientation programs and new manager HR tools programs.
- Coordinate key managers’ corporate induction programs with the Corporate HR Team.
- Collaborate with local HR management on annual Organization Management Reviews (OMR) to define succession pipelines, particularly for key company positions.
- Conduct annual talent reviews and develop various talent development solutions and retention strategies with local HR management.
- Work with professional consultancy firms to implement regional development centers and other development solutions for key talent development.
- Collaborate with local HR management on employee surveys to analyze organizational climate and define action plans.
- Oversee course design, trainer recruitment, and operational standardization for Bulgari University in Greater China.
- Build a tiered training system covering onboarding, managerial toolkits, and cross-cultural communication.
- Align curriculum with LVMH Group’s RISE values and global strategies through coordination with Rome HQ and LVMH Corporate University.
- Facilitate the annual performance management cycle, including target setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance reviews, ensuring alignment with LVMH RISE requirements.
- Manage and monitor the Learning & Development budget three times a year, ensuring alignment with actual expenditures.
- Act as the regional reference for Learning & Development budget and forecast.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly L&D statistics and ad hoc reports, including LVMH-related L&D data.
- Serve as the key user for HR system applications.
- University degree
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Strategic and visionary thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multi-brand organizations and complex communication schemes
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in training and development, with significant managerial experience. Experience in the retail industry is advantageous.
University degree
