1. Identify and define training needs based on business challenges, performance appraisals, and discussions with managers, and develop a training plan and budget by country and brand in collaboration with local HR teams.
2. Implement corporate training programs and projects, including e-learning, managerial competency development, and functional expertise development, in partnership with local HR management.
3. Design or collaborate with external training consultants to create customized training solutions tailored to organizational and business needs.
4. Leverage LVMH training resources by enrolling key managers and talents in programs aligned with individual development needs.
5. Serve as the regional point of contact for updating new staff orientation programs and new manager HR tools programs.
6. Coordinate key managers’ corporate induction programs with the Corporate HR Team.
7. Collaborate with local HR management on annual Organization Management Reviews (OMR) to define succession pipelines, particularly for key company positions.
8. Conduct annual talent reviews and develop various talent development solutions and retention strategies with local HR management.
9. Work with professional consultancy firms to implement regional development centers and other development solutions for key talent development.
10. Collaborate with local HR management on employee surveys to analyze organizational climate and define action plans.
11. Oversee course design, trainer recruitment, and operational standardization for Bulgari University in Greater China.
12. Build a tiered training system covering onboarding, managerial toolkits, and cross-cultural communication.
13. Align curriculum with LVMH Group’s RISE values and global strategies through coordination with Rome HQ and LVMH Corporate University.
14. Facilitate the annual performance management cycle, including target setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance reviews, ensuring alignment with LVMH RISE requirements.
15. Manage and monitor the Learning & Development budget three times a year, ensuring alignment with actual expenditures.
16. Act as the regional reference for Learning & Development budget and forecast.
17. Prepare monthly and quarterly L&D statistics and ad hoc reports, including LVMH-related L&D data.
18. Serve as the key user for HR system applications.

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in training and development, with significant managerial experience. Experience in the retail industry is advantageous.
