1. Support the Director of Communications and Celebrity Relations Manager in developing celebrity and influencer strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Collaborate with the Global Celebrity Team on high-profile market strategies.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stylists' assistants, vendors, and retail staff.
4. Represent Bulgari and enhance brand presence within the Los Angeles market, supporting events and communications.
5. Manage all aspects of celebrity, creator, and key opinion leader dressings for North America, including lookbook curation and product handling.
6. Oversee the organization and execution of loans and returns, ensuring comprehensive logistics management.
7. Conduct inventory management, ensuring all pieces are in optimal condition and information is current.
8. Assist the Communications team with editorial loans as needed.
9. Maintain up-to-date internal reference documents, including contact lists and event recaps.
10. Manage vendor relationships and invoices, coordinating with procurement and accounting.
11. Support stylist appointments and VIP events, accommodating a flexible schedule.
12. Oversee administrative and organizational duties for the Los Angeles office, assisting the Celebrity Relations Manager.
13. Support talent-related needs within the region, including campaign execution and event logistics.

1. Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the fashion industry, preferably in a VIP/Entertainment role within luxury fashion.

2. High availability and responsiveness.
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
4. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
5. Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
6. Impeccable attention to detail and results-driven.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Fashion GPS; SAP knowledge is advantageous.

Beginner level experience in the fashion industry, ideally in a VIP/Entertainment capacity within luxury fashion.

Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field.
