1. Engage with store teams to identify and address training needs through field coaching.
2. Inspire and motivate store teams by providing in-store coaching focused on selling skills, product knowledge, and the selling ceremony.
3. Oversee the rollout of projects and ensure smooth execution.
4. Collaborate with the Retail Team to coach staff on in-store event preparations.
5. Organize, deploy, and follow up on brand, collections, and sales training for Directly Operated Stores (DOS), Travel Retail, and Wholesale.
6. Evaluate training tools and methodologies, providing recommendations for enhancements.
7. Lead the watch ambassador program across Wholesale, Travel Retail, and DOS.
8. Support new product launches by preparing training materials and in-store animations.
9. Monitor the use of the eLearning platform and track completion rates.
10. Promote the brand's social media platforms, such as Bvlgari Society and Yammer.
11. Provide administrative support as needed.

1. Bachelor's degree holder.
2. Fluency in English and Mandarin with excellent written command of English and Chinese.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a retail or sales training role, preferably within the luxury industry.
