- Drive the regional rollout and adoption of digital retail tools and technologies, ensuring alignment with global retail and IT strategies.
- Act as a key stakeholder in digital transformation projects, gathering feedback from store teams and enhancing user engagement.
- Partner with Central and Local IT teams to evolve in-store digital ecosystems, such as CRM tools, appointment management, digital clienteling, and mobile POS.
- Identify digital gaps and propose tech-enabled solutions to improve retail operations, customer experience, and team efficiency.
- Analyze usage data and performance metrics of digital tools to optimize impact and inform future initiatives.
- Lead operational excellence initiatives and standardization of in-store processes across the region.
- Evaluate and recommend process improvements, eliminating inefficiencies and introducing scalable practices.
- Collaborate across functions such as Inventory Control, Internal Audit, Store Planning, HR, and Training to ensure operational cohesion and compliance.
- Supervise the operational readiness of store openings and renovations in collaboration with HQ and local departments.
- Maintain the Retail Excellence Digital Hub, ensuring content is current, actionable, and supports store-level operations.
- Manage and mentor Retail Operations Specialists, supporting their growth through guidance and delegation.
- Foster a collaborative operational culture by sharing best practices and enhancing communication between stores and corporate teams.
- Act as a key point of contact for back office teams and Sales Administrators, solving escalated challenges with a hands-on approach.
- 6–8+ years of experience in retail operations, including project or team management; luxury or premium retail preferred.
- Proven leadership in implementing and managing digital tools across retail networks.
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and a deep understanding of omnichannel retail.
- High digital fluency, confident working with retail platforms, dashboards, analytics tools, and collaborative tech.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational ability, and a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable navigating dynamic, multi-market environments and delivering against evolving business expectations.
