2. Engage and lead ambassador categories through year-round local activities.

4. Enhance retail excellence KPIs through data analysis and collaboration with Store Managers to develop action plans.
5. Manage and plan Client Advisor learning roadmaps, tracking training modules and providing performance feedback.
6. Foster a culture of in-store coaching, dedicating 60% of time to shop-floor engagement.
7. Coordinate training events, including in-class, in-store, or digital sessions, in collaboration with external consultants.
8. Identify skill gaps and initiate local training to enhance Client Advisor competencies.
9. Oversee markets in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

1. Minimum of 5 years in training execution, design expertise, and project management, preferably within luxury brands.

1. Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
2. Proficiency in in-store coaching and training methodologies.
3. Excellent command of English and proficiency in an additional language.
4. Effective classroom training engagement and delivery skills.

Minimum of 5 years in relevant roles, preferably within luxury brands.
