- Build and orchestrate a multidisciplinary team, coordinating internal and external stakeholders and managing multi-stream initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and continuous evolution of the Retail Academy, ensuring alignment with Bulgari's Retail vision, values, and people strategy.
- Define and manage the Retail Academy roadmap, milestones, and priorities, ensuring consistency, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
- Drive the enhancement of learning contents, ensuring relevance, accessibility, and alignment with Retail career paths.
- Amplify and consolidate existing high-value learning and experience programs, increasing their visibility and impact across all Retail populations.
- Identify, engage, and leverage internal and external Subject Matter Experts, synthesizing their expertise into structured, high-impact initiatives.
- Serve as an interface with markets and central stakeholders, translating business priorities into learning and development.
- Work in close partnership with HR and Retail teams to ensure the Academy’s initiatives are Retail-driven, experiential, and business-relevant.
- Define and monitor qualitative indicators to assess effectiveness, engagement, and business impact of the Retail Academy.
- Ensure the Retail Academy contributes to building a culture of continuous learning, growth, and excellence across all Retail populations.
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in project management within international organizations.
- Background in managing complex teams and multi-stream projects with a focus on change management.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Strategic thinking, planning, and ability to manage complexity.
- Stakeholder and client orientation.
- Strong prioritization skills.
- High level of autonomy and accountability.
- Passion for people’s development and ability to transmit knowledge, lead people, and bring teams together.
At least 5 years of experience in project management within international organizations.
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
