Bvlgari Project Manager, Store Design

Bulgari is a renowned luxury brand specializing in watches and jewelry, known for its exquisite craftsmanship and innovative designs. The company is part of the LVMH group, a leader in the luxury goods industry.

1. Prepare initial project brief with project requirements, retro-planning schedule, and budget.
2. Review site conditions and lease provisions for construction activities.
3. Liaise with landlords for design guidelines and construction requirements.
4. Coordinate the design phase with the Store Design Team and regional cross-functional teams.
5. Manage the work of consultants for the preparation of construction drawings and documents.
6. Drive and respect critical milestones and deliverables to achieve project approvals and funding.
7. Secure permits and manage the bid process.
8. Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to Bulgari standards, timeline, and budget.
9. Value engineer with Store Design to respect the budget.
10. Review construction documents, submittals, RFIs, applications for payments, and change orders.
11. Request and manage drawing sets from schematic design to construction documents.
12. Attend and coordinate weekly construction meetings with all stakeholders.
13. Coordinate shipments of owner-supplied goods.
14. Collect as-built and close-out documents.
15. Manage store handover and punch list at completion with related teams.
16. Travel for site visits and project meetings as required.
17. Perform post-opening project audits and identify areas for improvement.
18. Support Store Design and Procurement with research and development programs.
19. Identify regional/local resources, materials, and suppliers for cost and schedule efficiencies.
20. Liaise with LVMH Sustainability groups on goals for Green programs and LEED certifications.
21. Travel up to 30% domestically.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Construction Project Management
2. 7+ years of experience in high-end retail projects
3. LEED accreditation preferred
4. Knowledge of Italian is a plus

2. Excellent communication skills

4. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
5. Strong cultural background and interest in the luxury and fashion industry

Minimum 5 years of experience required.

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Construction Project Management
