- Develop and execute Bulgari Perfumes retail strategy across the Swiss German market to sustainably grow sell‑out and brand presence.
- Act as the primary field contact for retail partners — build and maintain close relationships with retailers and wholesalers to drive commercial results.
- Manage recruitment, coaching, training and daily coordination of agency‑hired Client Advisors; determine temporary staffing needs and organise local trainings and sales animations.
- Ensure merchandising and visual standards: optimise assortments, ensure availability of sellable stock and testers, and support in‑store executions including CAPEX installations and local activations.
- Monitor and analyse sell‑out performance; define and follow up on sales targets for each point of sale and challenge orders to maximise sales.
- Plan and manage sampling programmes, gifts‑with‑purchase and local promotional activities to stimulate conversion.
- Manage assigned budgets, negotiate with staffing agencies and follow up on related financial processes and payments.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and competitive activity; propose and coordinate local initiatives to enhance in‑store visibility and consumer experience.
- CFC (or equivalent vocational qualification) or comparable education.
- Fluency in Swiss German (de) and English (en); working knowledge of French (fr) and Italian (it) is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate field teams; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen with a pragmatic, results‑driven mindset.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, field‑based role; willingness to travel daily within German‑speaking Switzerland.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail or luxury retail, ideally within fragrances or beauty, including people management and field sales responsibility.
CFC (Swiss Federal VET Certificate) or equivalent vocational qualification.
